FA Cup 2005 in Cardiff

I was out in the streets of Cardiff and the atmosphere was absolutely electrifying.
I aint a Man Utd supporter or a Arsenal man but I am sure whoever watcehd this match would agree with me that it was one thriller of a game. In the end, the winners were Arsenal which became the first team in the FA cup finals to win on penalties. Manchester United looked really disappointed after that wonderful performance creating chances for them time and again. They fought together vigorously but weren't lucky on some occasions and on some not able to match upto the strong Arsenal defence. Wayne Rooney and Ronaldo carried the game on their shoulders for Man Utd and it was no surprise for me to see Ronaldo burst into tears after the match.
Neverthless, full credit goes to the gunners who stuck there right in the middle and clinched that sweet victory. It was a much needed win for them as they were missing the likes of Thierry Henry and Sol Campbell. Wayne Ronney was adjudged Man of the Match. In my opinion, they could have given a special award to Jens Lehman, the Arsenal goalkeeper. He did a splendid job. Manchester United might be dogged by this defeat for the next few days and I guess Ferguson would have a word with Malcolm Glazer to chalk out their next strategy. Finally in a contest like this, the sport wins and also the people. Waiting to watch more games like these. In short it should be a paisa vasool.
